India Climate Week (ICW) 2026 marks the second edition of India’s flagship platform dedicated to advancing bold and inclusive climate action. Building on the momentum of its inaugural edition, ICW 2026 returns with renewed ambition to accelerate India’s transition toward a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy. As the world’s most populous nation and the fourth-largest economy, India stands at a critical juncture—facing the dual challenge of sustaining rapid growth while addressing the escalating impacts of climate change. Between 2015 and 2024, the country’s CO₂ emissions increased from 2.33 to 3.12 billion metric tonnes. Meeting its climate targets by 2030 will require an estimated USD 2.5 trillion, making climate finance, innovation, and policy alignment more urgent than ever.
Guided by the principle of ‘प्रकृतिरेव शरणम्’ (Nature is our only refuge), ICW 2026 will bring together the stakeholders in the climate space such as policymakers, industry leaders, climate experts, investors, and global stakeholders. The event will foster dialogue, showcase technological breakthroughs, strengthen public-private partnerships, and spotlight actionable strategies to address pressing issues such as regulatory clarity, investment frameworks, supply chain resilience, and market integrity. With its immersive agenda—including site visits, high-level dialogues, exhibitions, and the prestigious India Climate Samman—ICW 2026 promises to be a defining moment in India’s climate journey.
